Eligible participants can enter their own garden or nominate another garden within the City of South Perth by completing the official South Perth in Bloom entry form during the Competition Period.
Entries may be required to include:

Following the close of entries, Atlas will review all eligible submissions and select approximately five finalists.

Finalists may be contacted to arrange a garden visit and/or photography and video content prior to final judging.

By agreeing to become a finalist, the property owner or occupier agrees to provide Atlas and its authorised representatives reasonable access to the garden at an agreed time for judging and campaign content purposes.

Eligible entries will be assessed against criteria which may include:

  • Overall presentation and visual impact;
  • Creativity and personality;
  • Planting and use of outdoor space; and

The judging panel will comprise representatives from Atlas and/or selected local gardening, landscaping or community representatives.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

One entry will be selected as the South Perth in Bloom 2026 Winner.

Any additional prizes or contributions from campaign partners will be communicated through official South Perth in Bloom campaign materials.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Atlas’ reasonable control, Atlas may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

By entering, entrants grant Atlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish and share submitted photographs for the purposes of administering and promoting South Perth in Bloom, including through Atlas’ website, social media, email marketing and campaign materials.

Personal information collected as part of the Competition will be used for the purposes of administering South Perth in Bloom, contacting entrants and finalists, verifying entries and awarding prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Atlas’ applicable privacy practices and Australian privacy laws. Contact information will not automatically be added to marketing communications unless the entrant has separately provided consent to receive those communications.

Entrants must ensure that any photographs, descriptions or other material submitted:

  • Are their own or they have permission to submit them;
